Job Title: Visual Designer (UI Design)

Duration: Contractual: 06-months, Extendable

Location: Onsite – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:
Oversee the overall product look, define brand personality, and align design with strategic vision.

Product Design:
Develop wireframes and UX concepts while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading
stakeholder workshops.

Planning & Assessment:
Estimate efforts, plan UX workstreams (including IA), and conduct user testing to refine design decisions.

Collaboration & Communication:
Work with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth design handoff and
incorporating feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or a related field (MSc/MA a plus)

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in UI, Visual Design, or a similar domain

• Proficient in industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision, etc.)

• Deep understanding of Design Thinking, UX principles, and information architecture

• Experience in banking/financial domains or the GCC region is an advantage

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual design for web and native apps
