2. Job Objective:
The Chief Specialist, Precision (a Process Engineer) plays a pivotal role in designing, managing, and optimizing
organizational policies, practices, and processes that are user-centric and service-driven. They will lead problem-
solving initiatives, make strategic recommendations on process changes, and ensure continuous refinement
through stakeholder feedback. In addition to managing process taxonomy, they will oversee the implementation
of process technology and develop metrics for monitoring and improving operational effectiveness.
3. Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Strategic:
● Develop, own, and manage the organization's process taxonomy, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
● Make strategic recommendations on process changes and enhancements that improve efficiency and
user experience.
● Drive process innovation strategies, embedding design thinking principles to create adaptable, future-
ready workflows.
● Act as a change agent, ensuring process improvements align with evolving organizational needs.
Operational:
● Lead problem-solving initiatives, collaborating with business units to develop tailored process solutions.
● Identify, implement, and manage relevant process technology that supports automation, tracking, and
efficiency.
● Ensure robust process governance, balancing compliance with flexibility and usability.
● Develop and maintain process performance metrics and feedback loops, enabling continuous
improvement.
People:
● Partner with the business to understand pain points and co-create solutions that enhance service
delivery.
● Advocate for a culture of process excellence, enabling seamless stakeholder experiences.
● Facilitate training and workshops on process optimization and feedback integration.
● Lead cross-functional collaborations, ensuring alignment across teams and effective adoption of new
processes.
4. Professional Experience and Academic Qualifications:
Professional Experience:
● 8–12 years of experience in process engineering, service optimization, and business transformation.
● Proven ability to implement principles-based, user-centric policies and processes.
● Demonstrated expertise in process taxonomy development and management.
● Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership in process technology implementation.
● Experience within a project management and or innovation organization, ensuring structured execution
and collaboration.
Academic Qualifications:
● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Process Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a
related field.
