
Job Title: UX Copywriter (Arabic & English)
Duration: 06 Months (Extendable | Long-Term on Marc Ellis Payroll)
Location: Onsite – Dubai, UAE
Role Overview:
The candidate will join the Design Team within the Digital Office organization. In this role, they will be
responsible for crafting compelling, user-centric written content that elevates the overall user experience
across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between design and communication,
ensuring that written narratives seamlessly align with visual elements to deliver intuitive, engaging, and
cohesive user journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• Collborate closely with designers to ensure cohesion between visual elements and written content.
• Define and implement a consistent and effective tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.
• Estimate copywriting efforts based on project requirements and propose detailed plans aligned with deadlines and milestones.
• Lead and mentor a team of copywriters, offering guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative, creative, and high-performance environment.
• Optimize and iterate UX copy through user feedback, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.
• Conduct audits of existing content and propose actionable enhancements within agreed timelines.
• Analyse user feedback and behaviour to continuously improve and refine digital copy.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Experience, and Product teams to deliver cohesive, impactful user experiences.
• Integrate into UX Design and Agile delivery teams, contributing throughout the product lifecycle.
• Communicate and present UX copy recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Receptive to constructive feedback and able to make necessary adjustments to meet user and stakeholder needs.
Education & Language Proficiency:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in reading and writing in UK English.
• Native Arabic speaker, with demonstrated fluency in GCC or UAE National dialect (reading & writing).
Professional Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in content creation, UX writing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a relevant industry such as corporate, finance, or retail products.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is a strong asset.
• Prior work experience within the GCC region is considered an advantage.
