
Job Title: Senior Test Quality Analyst – Supply Chain Finance

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Quality Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for upcoming SCF enhancements and product rollouts. This role will be responsible for defining test strategy, executing test cycles, managing defects, and ensuring product delivery meets business and technical requirements.
The ideal candidate has hands-on testing experience in SCF platforms and understands functional workflows across client portals and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end UAT activities for SCF products and enhancements.
Develop test plans, test scenarios, scripts, and maintain detailed test documentation.
Review and validate requirements (BRD/FSD) to ensure full coverage during testing.
Identify, log, track, and close defects while managing triage meetings and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate closely with business teams, vendors, product owners, and development teams to ensure seamless execution.
Perform functional validation to identify workflow gaps, inconsistencies, and product issues.
Ensure testing aligns with governance standards, release cycles, and quality benchmarks.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of software testing/QA experience, including:
At least 2 years testing Supply Chain Finance products.
Experience in designing and executing test strategies for large-scale financial systems.
Strong hands-on experience with:
SQL and database validation
API testing (e.g., Postman)
Functional testing tools, test management systems
Preferred:
Experience working on large-scale SCF implementation or digital transformation programs.
Exposure to Temenos Core Banking or similar platforms.
Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
