Business Change Owner
Ensure adoption within business domains
• Own business adoption
Accountable for business adoption
• Validate process impacts
• Approve SOPs and ways of working
• Embed change into daily operations
Change Champions / Super Users
Drive grassroots adoption
• Promote change locally
Responsible for local enablement
• Support UAT and go-live
• Provide feedback and resistance signals
• Support peers post go-live
Communications Lead
Ensure consistent and clear messaging
• Define communication strategy
Accountable for messaging quality
• Tailor messages per audience
• Manage leadership announcements
• Ensure clarity on why/what/when
Training & Enablement Lead
Build user capability
• Training needs analysis
Accountable for capability readiness
• Develop role-based training
• Deliver training sessions
• Validate readiness and competency
Resistance & Adoption Manager (may be part of OCM Lead)
Manage resistance and adoption risks
• Identify resistance early
Accountable for adoption health
• Define mitigation actions
• Track adoption KPIs
• Escalate adoption risks
PMO / Program Interface
Integrate OCM with delivery & governance
• Align OCM with delivery milestones
Accountable for governance alignment
• Include OCM in Go/No-Go decisions
• Track OCM risks and dependencies
• Report OCM status to executives
HR / Policy Owner
Institutionalize the change
• Update roles, KPIs, and incentives
Accountable for sustainability
• Align policies to new ways of working
• Support workforce transition
