Role Summary

Invest Bank is seeking an experienced IBM Broker / IBM ACE Administrator for an offshore contract role to provide L2/L3 support, deployments, and operational support for its enterprise integration landscape.
The role will work closely with onsite teams to ensure platform stability and SLA adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote administration and support for IBM IIB / ACE environments

• Perform broker deployments, configuration changes, and patching

• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues

• Troubleshoot incidents and support root cause analysis

• Coordinate with onsite teams during releases and production incidents

• Support HA/DR testing and failover activities

• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs

• Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes

Mandatory Skills

• 6–10 years of experience as an IBM Broker / IIB / ACE Administrator

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and/or IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)

• Experience supporting enterprise middleware platforms

• Knowledge of Linux / Unix environments

• Working knowledge of IBM MQ

• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Kong API Gateway or other API gateways

• Banking / financial services project experience

• Familiarity with ITIL-based support models
