Project Analyst – Core Banking Contract

Job Title: Project Analyst
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Engagement: Contractual
Duration: 12 Months (Extendable | Long-term on Marc Ellis Payroll)

 

Job Summary:

 

Assist Tribes/Platforms and Programs / Portfolios in all organizational aspects as required. This includes supporting financial budgeting, portfolio management, and resource management, while acting as a critical point of contact for the assigned Tribe / Platform.

 

Education:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of total experience, of which at least 3 years must be in a Project Coordinator / Project Management role.
• Experience working in larger, more complex organizations.

Key Role-Based Requirements:

• Project Initiation Support: Strong understanding of the complete project initiation process.
• Change Request Management: Manage and track change requests related to time and cost.
• Clarity CPPM Management:
  • Manage timesheet assignments and approvals.
  • Ensure accurate understanding and updates of project status details.
  • Monitor and track project risks and issues.
• Project / Program Budget Management: Support budget management for up to 10 projects, depending on complexity.
• Quality & Compliance Support: Assist Project Managers in meeting Quality Compliance Index (QCI) standards and requirements.
• Tribe / Platform Artifact Management: Ensure Tribe / Platform artifacts are documented by the responsible roles and maintained according to the standardized structure, as advised by the Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.
• PI / PO Management
• Project Closure Support: Support the complete project closure process and ensure all required activities and documentation are completed.
• Measurements Matrix Management: Maintain a repository of measurement matrices (measures of success) for every project within the Tribe/Platform. Example: Create and maintain tracking sheets to monitor completion levels and quality metrics across projects.
• Tribe / Platform Structure Documentation: Update and maintain Tribe/Platform structure documents.
• Release & Technical Support: Support the Tech Lead by following up on release approvals where required.

OKRs and KPIs:

• Ensuring timely updates are shared with regards to Cost and Timeline of projects
• Weekly progress updates on Clarity to be met without deviation.
• Weekly Budget reconciliation
• Timely closure of projects in the project closure phase
• Assisting Scrum Masters and Project Managers to ensure TRDs are met for quality observation on a timely basis.

Skills:

 

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile/Scrum).
• Experience in report and dashboard creation.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
