1. Execute IT Project Office strategies, processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.
2. Manage and oversee the allocation of resources across IT projects, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
3. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools such as Monday.com/Jira to ensure that IT projects are
completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
4. Monitor and report on the performance of the IT project office and projects, using metrics and KPIs to drive continuous
improvement via progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to foster communication and aid in
decision-making.
5. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises to devise
contingency plans.
6. Build, develop, and grow business relationships through effective communication with external clients and internal stakeholders to
ensure alignment and satisfaction.
7. Lead and manage the IT project team, oversee projects, delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members for
accountability and success.
8. Oversee the integration of, new or existing applications, infra & digital transformation projects by coordinating objectives, involving
stakeholders, understanding risks, and providing adequate support and training to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with
business goals.
9. Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
10. Oversee the projects budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints and the company receives the best value
for its technology investments.

With the organization’s continuous efforts to improve and enhance our existing systems and IT infrastructure, the IT Project Manager will play a
crucial role in ensuring that all technology-related projects are successfully planned, executed, and managed. The job holder’s expertise will help
streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enable growth through the effective use of technology.
8. Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience: What does it take to deliver the Key Result Areas in terms of knowledge/qualification, specific
experience, technical and /or management skills, etc.? This should be based on the requirement for the job and should not be confused with the actual
qualification & experience of the current incumbent.
Education Qualification:
• Bachelor or master’s degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent degree
• PRINCE2 or Agile, PMP certification is a plus.
Work Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience
• Proven experience in project management in the IT sector is a must.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices is a must.
• Experience with managing teams and resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant project management tools like Monday.com, MS Project or JIRA is a must.
