Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Cloud Solution Architect to design, implement, and govern cloud-native and hybrid solutions for enterprise and banking platforms. The role requires strong expertise in cloud technologies, API-led architectures, and system integration, with a key responsibility for embedding DevSecOps practices and Kubernetes-based platforms into solution designs.

The Cloud Solution Architect will work closely with business, development, security, and operations teams to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and production ready, supporting the full lifecycle from design through deployment and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Define and design end-to-end cloud solution architectures for new and existing platforms.
Design solutions using public cloud and hybrid cloud models with strong focus on scalability, resilience, and availability.
Ensure architectures are cost-optimized and operationally efficient.
Define API-led and integration architectures for enterprise and banking systems.
Design secure and reusable REST-based APIs and event-driven integrations.
Integrate cloud platforms with core systems, digital channels, and third-party services.
Govern interface contracts, integration standards, and interoperability.
Embed DevSecOps practices into solution architecture and delivery models.
Design CI/CD pipelines with security, quality, and compliance controls built in.
Promote infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment patterns.
Collaborate with security teams to integrate vulnerability scanning and policy enforcement.
Design and govern Kubernetes-based platforms for containerized workloads.
Provide architectural guidance for deployment, scaling, networking, and resilience on Kubernetes.
Ensure observability, logging, and monitoring are built into container platforms.
Work closely with teams operating managed Kubernetes services such as AKS.
Apply security-by-design principles across cloud and integration architectures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, data privacy, and internal security standards.
Design identity, access management, encryption, and secret management solutions.
Produce and maintain architecture designs, diagrams, and technical documentation.
Review solution designs and provide technical leadership across initiatives.
Communicate architecture decisions to technology and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS exposure is a plus).
• Strong experience in API design, system integration, and middleware patterns.
• Hands-on understanding of DevSecOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of security principles in cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in cloud or solution architecture roles.
