FIRCO Application Support engineer

• 7 to 10 years Working experience in Payment and
  Customer Screening (Firco Continuity, Firco trust, FSK and Firco Utilities)
• 5 years Banking domain experience
• Knowledge of WebSphere/Unix/Oracle/SQL query and IBM MQ
• Vendor Coordination, JIRA, Service Management/Change
  Management tool experience
• System monitoring including log / error checking
  and trouble shooting
• Providing Solution on incident / Service Request
  tickets received
• Raise Problem Tickets & take necessary
  actions till closure.
• Liaise with vendors for problem tickets &
  resolve issues
• Advanced
  reasoning; excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
• Strong
  abilities in analytical thinking problem solving research time management
  and verbal and written communication.
• Ability
  to liaise between the business and technology teams strong collaboration
  and relationship management skills
• Follows
  agreed support SLA and severity management.
• Strong
  experience in understanding design of system / solution.
• Maintain
  and Manage/co-ordinate the FIRCO server maintenance, support various infra
  teams on server patching, maintenance activities etc.
