project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Analyses and reports project economics including costs, operational budgets,
staffing requirements, resources, and risk

Monitors sub-contractors
Financial
Management:
· Gathers data, analyses, and reports project economics including costs,
budgets, resources, and risk. Estimates, measures, monitors, and controls
cost. Forecast. Determine causes of variance
Collaboration:
· Provides support and guidance on project management processes,
procedures, tools and techniques to program managers, project managers, and
associated team members
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Minimum
Qualifications:
PMP (Preference)
Minimum
Experience:
· A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in Project Management environment
IT industry or related area with a focus on technology, management and policy.

Specific Skills:
Intermediate Experience in
Microsoft Office and MS Project.
