JOB DESCRIPTION
Strong hands on experience in managing Tools implementation projects such as Enterprise Monitoring tools, IT Service Management Toolsets etc
Strong understanding of AGILE project methodology
Understanding the purpose and objectives of the project and lead team towards end to end delivery
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Engage and manage stake holders through out the journey
Ensure various phases of the project are planned and agreed Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Handover
Ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints
Escalate issues Report progress against plan efficiently
Trace key project deliverables/products
Coordinate with various Infrastructure/security application teams and ensure on time project delivery
Identifying and actively managing issues and risks associated with the project
Great vendor management capability
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Knowledge
Experience
Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, with minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Project Management
Strong understanding of Monitoring tool sets/ enhancements projects This is a mandatory requirement and candidates with the experience will would be a plus point
Proficient in MS Project and MS Office packages ( Excel, PowerPoint, Vision
Good experience of working in matrix organization
Skills
Ability to lead, Motivate and transform people process etc to achieve project objectives
Strong knowledge on Tools and automation concepts
Excellent communication (verbal written) and documentation skills
Strong reporting and servant leadership skills
Certifications such as PMP /Scrum master would be an added advantage
Hands on Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is must
