Job Overview:
We are hiring a HR Business Partner on behalf of a leading Pharmaceutical
startup that is expanding and looking to acquire business in Serbia. We need
the HRBP to be based in Belgrade ready to work from home for 2-3- months and
then resume in the office in Belgrade.
Responsibilities for HR Business Partner

Prepare Organization chart
·
Devise compensation & benefit plans
·
Promote diversity awareness in hiring practices
·
Mentor managers on employee development best
practices
·
Responsible for administering performance
management program
·
Advise leadership on hiring and terminations
·
Administer payroll, employee benefits and FMLA
·
Provide guidance on employee behavior and
conflict resolution
·
Conduct investigations in response to employee
complaints
·
Partner with leadership to develop succession
plans
Qualifications for HR Business Partner
·
PHR, SPHR or other HR certification, required
·
Should be extremely proficient with Serbian labor
law
·
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or
related field, required
·
5+ years of HR experience
·
Preferable experience in Pharma/ Manufacturing
industries
·
Experience with hiring temporary & permanent
employees
·
Demonstrated ability with training and
development programs
·
Expert in developing succession plans
·
Adept with performance management and
investigations
·
Proficiency with employee relations and EEO
·
Skilled in employee benefits administration
