Account Manager – Healthcare
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities
Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager – Healthcare
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Key Requirements of the Account Manager includes
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Overall 12+ years of experience in Sales / Channels / Account Management
Minimum 7 years of latest experience in managing Healthcare accounts in the Middle East market
Must: Experience of selling Digital Engineering / Digital Applications / Analytics / Cloud Transformation Services in the Middle East region
Nice to have : Well, connected with OEMs such as Microsoft / ServiceNow / UiPath / Snowflake / Oracle in the ME region
Must: Have managed more than USD 3 million sales quota for the past 2+ years
Ready to go, energetic and well networked in the ME region
