Technology Strategy & Transformation Delivery:
Helps organizations reset their IT strategy and implement the systems and solutions, including cuttingedge cloud services, to re-energize performance across the enterprise. Whether you need to build a new
system architecture, or revitalize specific IT functions, our professionals will help you draw the roadmap
and guide you through every step of the journey.
• Design and deliver technology strategies to align to business & customer needs
• Think strategically and proactively to identify opportunities for the IT/ Technology function to
increase value delivered
• Identify initiatives to achieve the technology strategy and can scope and prioritize these into
implementation roadmaps
• Creative skills including user experience and journey mapping to articulate business requirements
and understand how technology enables these
• Ability to shape and lead components of technology transformation delivery projects
• Become fluent in the firms methods and frameworks relating to technology strategy
Technology Operating Model
Helps organizations define and clarify organization roles and responsibilities, optimize current
performance with flexibility for future changes, optimize existing processes to enhance performance and
efficiency, ensure handoffs between groups are seamless with clearly defined accountability, whilst
minimizing the need for handoffs as much as possible through wholly accountable teams.
• Understand and be able to develop technology target operating models covering people,
• process and tools
• Gather and analyse information on client’s current challenges and identify improvements /
recommendation changes to the technology operating model
• Be able to articulate the functions and capabilities (in-house or outsourced) needed for
• Technology function to operate successfully and support the business outcomes
• Develop technology organization structure, processes and governance models required for the
technology function to establish and operate
• Able to align the Technology Operating Model to the needs of the organization
• Become fluent in the firms methods and frameworks relating to technology operating
You will also be expected to demonstrate the following:
• Lead overall projects or workstreams relating to the above areas, both advisory and delivery in
nature
• Work with clients and internal teams to scope and shape new projects including defining
approach, estimating timelines and resource efforts
• Own and produce a high-quality work product and collaborate with others to deliver a superior
client experience
• Understand how business functions operate, how sector trends impact a client’s business and how
technology can contribute to business outcomes
• Address client business challenges in the intersection of business and technology
• Be accountable for reviewing outputs from your project teams, ensuring they meet our quality
standards
• Take ownership for setting team objectives and reviewing performance/providing feedback to
your project teams (in line with our Talent processes and guidelines)
• Maintain composure through conflict and sensitive situations, escalating issues to
engagement/account leadership when appropriate
• Ability to recognize risks which may impact client or project and work with leadership to put
mitigation plans in place
• Organize insights and define a logical flow to tell a story when presenting recommendations
• Apply awareness of global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
• Apply a global and diverse perspective to problem solving.
General Skills needed
• Good command of written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working
• Leadership and team playing abilities
• Ability to operate and understand excellent project and program management disciplines
including production of project plans and key quality program deliverables
• For Managers and above, Consulting experience is preferred
• Strong administrative and numeracy skills and ability to analyse complex data with good
attention to details
• Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Willing to work hours as needed to meet client deadlines and firm needs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment and
• flexible work hours
• Willingness to travel (required)
Other needs:
Years of experience: 10-15 Years
Education: An undergraduate degree (Computer science / engineering preferred)
Certifications: Not mandatory but certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, TOGAF, Zachman, Lean,
Six Sigma etc. would be a plus depending on the offering alignment
