Work Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in facilities manager for transportation, accommodation and
maintenance in both Hard & Soft Services

• Ensure Operations team activities are carried out to the required or exceeding Client’s
technical requirements and following most demanding international quality standards

• Monitor the performance of contractors/subcontractors with regard to Operations to
ensure compliance with all standards and specifications

• Utilities and communications infrastructure.
• Repair and maintenance of furniture, fixtures and fittings
• Routine Touch up painting of areas following wear & tear, age.
• Review and score on a monthly basis, the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and
performance measures detailed in the Agreement. Record measurement values
against service headings, on documents provided and present the results on a monthly
basis. The results are to be included as part of the Monthly Report and might have a
penalties or payment deduction in case of failures as per KPI criteria.

EMS, Battery Banks, Central Battery System, Backup Batteries, EMDB’s, Dalmatic
lighting control system, Mashrabiya Control panels, UPS’s, ATS’s, STS’s, protection and
earthling / grounding arrangements, internal & external lightings (excluding systems
and plant belonging to ADDC)
