d. Succession Planning and Talent Review
At least three full cycle implementation for the mentioned modules
– Have experience in training material upload (Vedio,ILT,WBT,..etc)
– Configure the needed Roles and Security profile.
– Train and configure Learning and Talent BI reports and Dashboards
– Very good experience in Core HR configuration
– Very good experience in approval configuration
– Good experience in HDL functionality
– Sandbox, HCM experience design studio knowledge
Deliver the following documentation
– Solution Foundation Design Document (With the needed modification in business processes)
–  Integration design document from function side with process flow and the required field mapping
– Configuration Workbook
– User Manual
– Validation Script
