Head of Operations
Head of Operations will oversee current and develop new operations and procedures to secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. You will be responsible for the proper daily execution of the eCommerce operations both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Establish policies that promote sustainable operational flows
Oversee daily operations of the logistics, fulfilment and the work of executives (Logistics, Vendor Management, Order Management, etc.)
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Manage relationships with partners/vendors
Full ownership of the Operational Efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head of eCommerce Operations or relevant role
Understanding of business functions such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Vendor Management, etc.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
