Specific Accountability
General:
·
Manage all
policies and procedures under the section, ensuring that these are up to date
and have the necessary approvals
·
Responsibility
for handling the business management aspects of the section such as the scorecard,
budget, billing, contracts, vendor management, etc
·
Responsible
for coordination of large scale talent assessment and development initiatives
including all materials, scheduling, vendor management, aggregating data etc
·
Liaise with
Information Technology Department to understand systems and operationalize
processes for the delivery of talent reviews & Performance management
·
Document
management.
·
To ensure
compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards,
including operating in line with best practice
Talent
Management:
·
Coordination
of events linked to talent management
·
Manage
Talent Forums, talent pools, talent reviews in terms of process, stakeholder
management and clear running of process in line with the agreed talent cycle
·
Aggregation
of data and creating dashboards in Excel to report out on key data trends
Assessment:
·
End to end
responsibility for 360 degree feedback, including briefing, materials, vendor
management, report validation, etc
·
Review and
interpret raw assessment data to provide insightful input to key stakeholders
·
Support with
aggregating psychometric data in Excel to enable evaluation and provide
recommendations on candidates to progress
Performance
Management:
·
Work with
MarCom to create materials to support the Performance Management cycle
including materials for bankwide communication and also designing training and
handouts to support line managers and employees with getting the best out of
the cycle
·
Coordinate
the timing and dates for the cycle
·
Make system
updates to Oracle on a per request basis
·
Aggregate
and analyse performance management data in Excel and provide output in
PowerPoint for viewing by key senior stakeholders
·
Track
completion of key initiatives relating to Performance Management.
·
Work with HR
colleagues to ensure smooth running of the process.
·
Send out
communication relating to performance cycle
·
Track
completion of key parts of the process and report out to HR
Create process flow and ensure all materials are created and centrally
stored.
Minimum Qualification
§
Bachelor’s
Degree with focus in Human Resources Development, Education or related field
required.
Minimum Experience
§
Skilled in
Excel
§
High
attention to detail, strong level of confidentiality and drive to deliver at
pace are all critical to this role.
§
5+ years of broad HR experience including talent management (with a focus
on Talent Review, Individual Development Planning, Career Paths and Internal
Mobility) in a fast-paced environment.
§
Able to
evaluate and analyse data, pulling out and presenting key trends and making
recommendations to further enhance talent processes.
§
Commercially
aware; proven ability to work with stakeholders.
§
Good
interpersonal, organisational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate
across all levels of business.
§
Skilled
communicator through written reporting and verbal presentation.
Experienced in the use of varied HR and Talent Management platforms.
