Job Description:
1. 10-12 years of experience in the banking sector with at least 3 years of
exposure to Mobile & Internet banking projects / programs.
2. Should have considerable knowledge regarding Project management methodologies
(traditional & agile), good acquaintance to Project management tools and
Mobile App release mechanisms
3. Strong technical background to work with multiple
teams across the bank.
4. Experience of working in fast paced, challenging
environment.
5. Ensure stakeholder management, clear communication and
timely reporting.
6. Delivery Manager – Digital Channels (Mobile &
Internet Banking) is program management expert with medium
scale program/project implementation experience. This resource will have Mobile
& Internet channel domain exposure
7. If need be, should be able to coordinate with other
Scrum teams across service lines as relevant to ensure organized and timely
delivery of cross functional deliverable items on Digital channels that include
Internet, Mobile, SMS, Wearable banking platforms.
8. Should lead from a position of influence,
not command and control, and ensure that the team is free of obstacles and
distractions so they can focus on their work.
9. Help build a productive environment where team members feel a collective responsibility
and can voice opinions and concerns.
10. Maintaining / tracking the program schedule and ensure timely reporting
/escalation

Maintaining / tracking / reporting the
project / program’s risks / issues / change register for avoiding any impact on
the program delivery
12. Good knowledge regarding monitoring of production release of multiple
Mobile/Internet banking features that have dependencies within and outside
service lines
13. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Banking / Finance/ IT
14. Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master certification is
mandatory.
15. Agile certification & Cloud certifications are desirable.
