1. Transaction Review Review and investigate system-generated alerts to 
identify potential money laundering or terrorist financing 
activities 
2. Case Management Maintain case files and update MIS systems to ensure 
accurate tracking and documentation of suspicious 
transactions 
3. Risk Assessment Apply risk-based methodologies to assess AML risks 
related to customers and transactions 
4. Trend Analysis Identify patterns and trends in customer behavior and 
transaction alerts to support proactive risk management 
5. Compliance Reporting Report unusual activities to relevant authorities in 
accordance with regulatory requirements

Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental 
policies, processes, standard operating procedures and 
instructions so that work is carried out to the required 
standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Minimum Experience At least 4 years of experience in Banking in Compliance, 
Branch or Operations  
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or 
Business Administration
