The Assistant Manager – Academic Support Systems is
responsible for the execution of the Intelligent Learning Systems department
strategic plan for all academic support systems. S/he is responsible to
manage applications acquisition and/or development throughout the
requirements to delivery, including design, integration, testing, training,
and functional and technical support. S/he will provide data-based insights
and recommendations to help optimize students’ life-cycle and success-related
outcomes. 

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Information
    Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering.
  • Master’s degree
    is preferred
  • Advanced Level
    computer literacy is required.
  • Minimum of 5
    years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 3
    years of work experience in higher education
  • Minimum of 3
    years’ Experience with Banner, Blackboard, and other academic support
    systems
  • Programming
    and systems development experience is a plus
