• Knowledge on Avaya Unified Communication Products Avaya Communication Manager, Media Gateways, System Manager & Session Manager, Call Detail Report, Work Force Management and Session Border Controller.
• Knowledge on Avaya Contact Centre Products Avaya Elite Contact Centre, Avaya Call Management System, Avaya Enablement System, Avaya Call Recorder, Avaya Experience Portal.
• Vendor management
• Project documentation
• Certifications is not mandatory but added advantage.
• ITIL Process (Awareness of Incident, Change management and Client Processes)
