The role requires an individual who has built end-to-end BI solutions and is highly motivated to take the responsibility for BI solutions from conception through to successful delivery.
The BI expert will engage with multiple stakeholders within the organization to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with unparalleled attention to detail and accuracy.
A natural self-starter, you have a passion for using data to drive business decisions, are comfortable with writing SQL queries, data mining and visualization techniques, and are at home partnering with end users to deliver solutions.

Position Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Business Analytics Dashboards using Microsoft BI technologies including SQL Server, Power BI, Excel etc.
Analyze external data sources like Salesforce, Global BI, Cognos, and Informatica to integrate with existing datasets and relate a comprehensive BI story.
Build compelling, interactive and actionable reporting on top of structured data models that helps in deriving meaningful business insights from large, complex datasets.
Supporting the full BI lifecycle from requirements analysis through design & development, and through release and support/maintenance phases
Gather requirements and design reports/custom sales analysis tools for the Commercial Operations, Marketing & Sales teams.
Some of the reports that will be required but not limited to this set are:
Daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for key performance indicators and provide analytics on them.
Sales reports for monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting for area wise Business Reviews.
Gather, publish & maintain information related to historical, current and future performance.
Compile and analyze data on historical sales and trends to forecast future trends.
Collaborate on identified ad hoc business problem-solving requests.
Train team members/ users on Power BI tool, dashboards and reports, as required by Commercial Excellence team.
Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments.
Position Requirements
Four-year degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. Advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance.
Experience with Data Analysis and Visualization of Power BI Dashboards
Experience with data integration of Power BI with Salesforce.com, Oracle DBs, SQL Server, and Excel.
