Job Role & Responsibilities
Solution Lead:
•
Leads consultations on Business Solutions
Applications, with a specific focus on EPM business solutions
•
Analyze and understand the strategic objectives
and the attributes / drivers behind them
•
A strong understanding for the projects /
operations and their role in driving performance within an organization
•
Conducts formal presentation of Business &
technical solution to stake holders
•
Guides Business & technical implementation
team on the approach and technical functions during the project deployment;
•
To work alongside the various Service Delivery
resources, to ensure consistent quality approach;
•
Conducts and leads Business & technical
workshops with relevant stakeholders
•
Performs comparative analysis of proposals in
response of RFP/RFI for solutions in general and particular to EPM
•
Works with Professional Services and
Applications Services to keep up to date with technology and process
advancement.
Technical Skills:
•
Demonstrate deep understanding of different
business planning & delivery models.
•
Deep understanding of financial analysis and
management and statutory reporting
•
Solid understanding of Hyperion planning and
budgeting on-premise system. Having cloud solution exposure is added advantage.
•
Hands-on experience in configuring solution
based on planning and budgeting models specific to IT services industry
•
Must be able to create functional BRD, design
and technical footprint/design
•
Ability to work at fast paced delivery cycle and
deal with rapid change
•
Excellent presentation and communication skills
•
In-depth expertise in IT governance, delivery
and operations
•
Knowledge of product domain, relevant
technologies and the development processes to develop an overall system view of
the client environment
•
Ability to juggle multiple complex initiatives
•
Trusted Executive advisor to C-Suite level
Collaboration and Cross functional departmental
support:
•
Works within cross-functional teams and with
external partners to gather and share information;
•
Delivers technical presentations to peers,
leadership team and subordinates
•
Communicates with the Project Manager and
provide guidance to Implementation Technical Teams.
People Supervisory:
•
Provides coaching, develop skills, deepen learning,
and improve performance of employees and peers;
•
Applies knowledge of business and personal
objectives to key players and get them personally committed to the success of
the product innovation initiatives;
•
Apply knowledge of team management, running
effective meetings, coaching/mentoring, providing effective feedback and
establishing goals/objectives to conduct effective team meeting
Qualification and Experience
•
Minimum qualification is post graduate in
Finance preferably chartered accountant
•
Minimum 10 years overall experience in EPM and 6
years’ experience in Hyperion planning and budgeting system
•
Hands-on experience in MS office suite products
specifically in Excel and Power point
•
Good command on English, preferred is bilingual
in Arabic
