Business Analyst with Project Lead skills set

Specific Knowledge

Will focus on gathering and documenting business essentials that
control the blueprint of business systems solutions.

Engage in planning of business, evaluation and analysis of
business risks and needs

Connect with diverse business units to outline solutions to
business needs and document business details.

Outline business specifications.

Locate multiple procedures, managing and accessing formal
recommendations of substitute approaches.

Write out thorough design requirements and conduct specifications
evaluation.

Act as a connection between internal and external technology
personnel.

Diligent in Project tracking and reporting.  Should be able to identify issues, challenges
upfront and ensure mitigation by timely escalation

Able to interact with cross functional teams on a day to day basis
– Design, Build , Test , Operations, Infra 
and UAT teams to execute project related tasks

Strong in written and verbal communication and diligent to ensure
activity closure within the stipulated timeframe

·       
Hands on experience in handling Microsoft Project (MPP)

·       
Should be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment and ready
for multitasking.

·       
High proficiency with standard computer software programs such as
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and QPR/Visio

·       
Excellent written and verbal communication skills &
presentation skills

·       
Able to build effective relationships with business and support
department leadership at all levels, with experience in initiating and
facilitating discussions with multiple stakeholders, leading to effective and
efficient issue resolution

Education & Experience

·       
BS/BA Degree in Finance, Management or similar is required

·       
Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field, is
preferred

·       
Cloud infrastructure basic knowledge is add-on

·       
Payment process knowledge is add-on
