Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 6 months (Extendable)
To be a mentor and coach for (Assigned) Business Analysts and assist in implementing technology solutions in efficient way by determining the requirements and communicating them clearly to stakeholders.
Be a Technology advisor and subject matter expert on Customer Experience feedback (NPS CX Survey) system such as Medallia, Qualtrics, etc. that support multiple channels (Online/Offline). A very experienced practitioner with effective leadership capability who is responsible for directing analysis discipline and activities in their domain
Establish trusted partnerships with business product heads, Operations and processing teams, Vendors, Technology, and other internal teams.
Seconded from Business, on need basis; Co-exists along with PO only in Large & complex initiatives for administrative support
Support the team and advise due diligence to perform business analysis, enhancements, and changes
Assist in developing business and operational processes and to participate in the developing system training artefacts
Defines service value chains and detailed processes
Articulates functional / non-functional requirements
Be a mentor and coach the Business Analysts in the team.
Convert specified and unspecified business needs to technology specifications
Articulate current and future capabilities clearly and confidently to business and technology stakeholders.
Understanding of business architecture, technical architecture, system features and limitations and ability to apply this knowledge in projects and smaller initiatives.
Conceptualize & review solutions for the requirements raised by business teams and coordinate required stakeholders for delivery
Participate in all projects related activities with regards to requirements gathering, planning, implementation, as well as system & user acceptance testing.
Support the Program/project managers in driving the project delivery and meeting business objectives.
Relentlessly be the voice of business and customer while driving technology led business solutions.
Conduct end user training and ensuring the required knowledge transfer to key team members is set in place.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
7-12 years of experience as a BA in the relevant specialization
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Software Engineering Methodologies like SDLC e.g., Waterfall, Iterative (Agile/Scrum)
High Level of proficiency in Technology like Data base structure, OOP, Data migration, CX NPS platforms
Proven ability in Reporting Tools, BPM tools, Testing tools, Requirement management tools, Prototyping tools
Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
Evidence based experience in meaningful business impact through analytical prowess
Can act as Senior Product Owner in Agile practices
Track record of driving uplift in an organization's BA practice, highly visible in the internal BA community
Able to attract external talent
