As the Organization Change Management Lead some of your key responsibilities are:
1. Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
2. Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement: Identify and analyze key stakeholders affected by the change, and develop tailored communication, identify Points of Contact, and engagement plans to ensure their understanding and support. You will also be expected to develop and maintain a Stakeholder Management plan
3. Programme Kick-off: you will be expected to play a major part in large programs by having a clear kick-off plan to help the program and projects launch
4. Change Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of the proposed changes on various aspects of the organization, including processes, systems, people, and culture.
5. Change Readiness and Adoption: Develop strategies and tactics to prepare employees and teams for the change, build awareness and commitment, and drive adoption of new behaviors and practices.
6. Communication and Training: Plan and execute effective communication and training programs to ensure employees are informed about the change, understand its implications, and have the necessary skills to adapt.
7. Resistance Management: Anticipate and address resistance to change by identifying and addressing concerns, providing support and resources, and fostering a positive and inclusive change environment.
8. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics and mechanisms to monitor the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, gather feedback, and make adjustments as necessary.
9. Reporting: You will be expected to prepare reports and provide updates on your progress against plan
