CLM Application Support Engineer:
Job Description
Provide the required technical and application support L2 to bank users for Fenergo CLM application
Provide knowledge support for end users about the CLM workflow and basic functionalities
Hands on in the security and setup of various integration points between CLM and downstream systems
Able to deploy software packages E2E
Have solid Unix and SQL skills
Have understanding of system integration troubleshooting and configurations of certificates.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hardware and networking
Provide technical support and act as an Incident Lifecycle coordinator for issue resolution.
Be able to troubleshoot and deploy some changes into UAT,SIT and production
Hands on Release management and IT CR process
Develop and maintain system problem analysis and resolution techniques.
Support applications and operations with technical consultation and specialized programming if needed.
Communicate and document the support issues and escalating to the appropriate IT staff or vendor when necessary.
Coordinate activities among different business and technical groups.
Carry out assignments, alone or as part of a team, applying knowledge, skills, and experience.
Demonstrate an understanding of the issues and problems raised and proposes viable solutions within the acceptable scope.
Maintain detailed knowledge of current practice within own area of expertise.
Work with business users, IT business and technical support teams and vendors, monitor and report on the progress of required tasks and maintain an emphasis on the early identification and, rectification of problems.
Provide exceptional customer service that increases the current customer satisfaction levels.
Maintain documentation of existing systems and processes
Provide appropriate and required guidance and support as needed for the Business Resumption Plan testing, including first-level testing as required.
Guide and assist in other on-going projects in other functional units, from time to time,
Interface with internal and external entities (such as other project teams, ITD units, user departments, external businesses, suppliers, vendors, etc.) with respect to projects, costs information, software, hardware and other areas as required.
Conform to IT and bank policy and procedures.
Performs at or above the enterprise’s Information Technology performance standards.
Fulfills departmental requirements in terms of providing work coverage and administrative notification during periods of personnel illness, vacation, or education.
Qualifications:
2-3 Years in Fenergo Application management and support
5 years’ experience in IT security /Infrastructure field
3 years’ experience as support engineer level in technology
Proven experience in Jira/Confluence and agile framework tools
SQL, C# are privilege to have
ITIL V3 Certified
