Contract Specialist Contract

Position: Contracts Specialist

Duration: 6 months contract 

Location: Abu Dhabi, Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the contracts database on SAP Ariba

• Ensure timely renewals and updates of the contracts’ records

• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders, buyers, vendors, legal.. etc. for the timely execution of contracts

• Review & upload all new and renewed contracts along with the necessary supporting documents & correspondences

• Prepare a monthly dashboard for the contracts database

• Review the existing database for quality assurance (to ensure that all the necessary documents and approvals are uploaded to the system)
