Limits Management in accordance with the facility approval and executed documentation.
Submit the applications for authorization of Disbursement in line with credit approval and process.
Submit applications for Credit Control authorization in line with the approved procedure.
Data input for Collateral Monitoring and reporting in accordance with the approved procedure.
MIS, Internal and Regularity reporting.
Job Accountabilities:
Review the Credit Approval package (Corporate and or Retail) and ensure compliance with the regulatory policies and procedures.
Preparation of all business legal agreements and Collateral documents through the standard documents, which are legally approved and used as per the bank’s internal policies and procedures.
Ensure that all approval conditions and covenants are legally binding, enforceable, and material for the processing of the credit disbursement.
Ensure that all necessary approvals and documentation are in place before credit limits are implemented adhering to policies and approval requirements.
Implementation of Credit limits along with availments conditions in the core system and other limit monitoring systems, control, amend, and cancellation of facilities on the systems.
Register, monitor, control, and report all types of collateral offered by the customers and required by the credit approval and by the credit policy.
Register and declare the clients as well as the collaterals on required governments and regulatory registries (Such as EIRC, RTA, DFM, ADX etc.) as per procedures and periodic maintenance if any.
Credit monitoring and management reports and proactively follow-up to ensure corrective action taken in line with credit policy and Ensure all Documentation & collateral related requirements are always adhered to.
Timely highlight and escalation of any process breach or anomaly to the management through effective channels
Assessing of current processes/procedures and suggest process improvements/automation in a structured manner to the management and also ensure such implementation in bring high efficiencies and productivities.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance related discipline.
5 years in credit administrations Functions.
Technical Credit Administration Knowledge in corporate and technological advancements.
Analytical Ability.
Compliance & Regulatory Reporting.
Strong knowledge of credit risk systems. and reporting, project management.
