Minimum Experience

5+ relevant experience in IT Service Management
role or similar working in a local or international IT Outsourcing service
provider environment.
·
Solid understanding of IT service best practice.
·
10 +years of over-all experience with relevant
experience of TOGAF, ITIL, AWS, AZURE, ISMS, ISO etc. software applications and
tools, analysis, and reporting.
Previous experience with
OpenStack Neutron

Knowledge of IT Sales / services environment, processes,
and procedures.

Knowledge of product domain, relevant technologies,
and the development processes to develop an overall system view of the client
environment.

Provides solution support for marketing
initiatives through participation in proposals and marketing studies.

Must understand in detail the ITIL V3 Service
Strategy and Design
·
Expert knowledge on virtualization with VMware
and Hyper-V
·
Expert knowledge on Hyper converged
Infrastructure
·
Strong track record of implementing and
migrating from traditional environments to Hybrid Cloud services (On-Premises
Private and public CSPs – AWS, Azure, Bluemix, Google, Oracle) in a variety of
distributed computing environments.
