5+ relevant experience in IT Service Management
role or similar working in a local or international IT Outsourcing service
Solid understanding of IT service best practice.
10 +years of over-all experience with relevant
experience of TOGAF, ITIL, AWS, AZURE, ISMS, ISO etc. software applications and
tools, analysis, and reporting.

Expert knowledge on virtualization with VMware
Expert knowledge on Hyper converged
Strong track record of implementing and
migrating from traditional environments to Hybrid Cloud services (On-Premises
Private and public CSPs – AWS, Azure, Bluemix, Google, Oracle) in a variety of
distributed computing environments.
