Role Summary:
The Data Analyst & Modeller supports the client in understanding source systems, mapping key datasets, and shaping semantic models that power enterprise reporting and KPIs. The role works with system owners, business teams, and engineers to ensure accurate documentation, lineage clarity, and well-structured data models.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess source systems, interfaces, and data structures.
• Map critical datasets, KPIs, and reporting dependencies.
• Document data lineage, data dictionaries, and semantic model components.
• Support Silver/Gold layer design and KPI definition with data governance stewards.
• Provide engineering-ready specifications and clear technical documentation.
• Use SQL and data profiling techniques to explore and validate datasets.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, program management, CRM/lifecycle marketing, digital health, or data/analytics roles.
• Successful track record in similar analytically-driven roles.
• Experience working with complex datasets in large enterprises.
• Strong SQL, data modelling, and technical documentation skills.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory.
