Data Privacy Consultant Contract

Key Responsibilities
– Support PDPL compliance initiatives, including gap assessments and implementation roadmaps
– Develop privacy artifacts such as Privacy Notices, Privacy Policies, RoPA, DPIAs, and Consent Frameworks
– Advise clients on Data Subject Rights (DSR), consent management, and breach handling
– Conduct privacy awareness and training sessions
– Support pre-sales and solution design for privacy and data protection tools
– Collaborate with legal, IT, security, and business stakeholders

Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in Data Privacy / Data Protection.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi PDPL, and SDAIA regulations.
* Hands-on experience with privacy tools (e.g., Securiti, OneTrust, BigID, or similar)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working with government or large enterprise clients is a plus
