Director of AI and Emerging Technology

Role Summary:
We are looking for a visionary leader to head our AI and Emerging Technology division. The
ideal candidate will drive the development and deployment of AI, Blockchain, and emerging
technologies to support national digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, implementation, and management of AI and emerging technology

projects.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to define and execute technology

roadmaps.
• Oversee teams working on AI, Blockchain, and innovation-driven projects.
• Provide strategic direction for accelerators, digital solutions, and public-sector

innovation programs.
• Represent the organization at national and international AI and tech forums.
• Foster partnerships with technology providers, startups, and research institutions.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in AI, emerging technology, product management, or

innovation programs.
• Proven experience in government digital transformation, accelerators, or AI initiatives.
• Strong technical background in AI, Blockchain, and digital solutions.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Master's or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Innovation, or related field.
