Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead, develop, and implement HR
strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall mission and vision. The role
requires deep experience in government or semi-government sectors and the ability to drive HR
excellence across diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and
general HR services.
• Drive the strategic HR agenda in alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee organizational development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Provide leadership to HR teams and act as a strategic advisor to senior management.
• Lead HR transformation initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of senior HR leadership experience, preferably within government or
large organizations.
• Proven track record in strategic HR management and organizational development.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
