Ecosystem Marketing Manager
Ecosystem Marketing Manager is primarily responsible oversee the branding of our overall ecosystem, driving our position as the partner of choice, and lead the development of strategy and execution of marketing plans with our ecosystem partners. Thriving in a web of relationships with our practice leaders, marketing colleagues and external partners, you will act as champion of our business, our ecosystem, our culture, our expertise and celebrate the value created through ecosystem to our people and our clients.

This job receives work assignments primarily from their direct line manager and is accountable for delivering based on agreed scope
Assists in managing MarComms budget.
Has no sales targets.
As a trusted advisor to leaders, you will build relationships and connectivity across all levels, geographies, and functional areas in our regional company.
Your impactful leadership will strengthen our brand internally and externally, enable regional collaboration, and drive alignment with firm strategies.
You will design and implement a holistic ecosystem marketing strategy and plan, working collaboratively with our ecosystem, practice, and marketing leadership.
You will celebrate the impact and importance of the ecosystem to our clients and people through creative storytelling and impactful communications across mediums.
Collaborate with the MarComms team towards a central goal of building a thriving partner ecosystem marketing program.
Collaborate with Portfolio marketing and industry verticals leaders to drive Marketing campaigns to support business requirements.
Define and drive integrated marketing programs with our ecosystem partners and product or industry marketing teams.
Drive marketing expectations across our alliance partners and internal stakeholders on the division of responsibilities, and scope of marketing activities.
Create and maintain an ecosystem marketing governance process to maximize marketing ROI and support the overarching Ecosystem Program.
Build processes and standardized practices to ensure partner marketers can effectively and efficiently execute marketing programs.
Discover and establish synergies across partners and build out marketing plays that enable cross-collaboration.
Develop and maintain an ecosystem portal which highlights our relationships and provides resources for our partners.
Partner with the ecosystem leadership and practice members to evaluate and onboard new partners and drive consistent go to market strategies.
Build digital campaigns across product and industry portfolio to position the company has a trusted digital transformation partner.
Execute marketing strategies, plans and assets for partner alliances.
Support portfolio marketing leader to execute marketing campaigns supporting brand development and digital campaigns for the launch of digital and joint ventures.
Assess marketing functions, partner relationships, and solutions by testing capabilities and measuring performance.
Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Journalism, or a related degree
Fluent business Level English (Preferably Arabic)
3-5 years of over- all experience in Marketing (preferably within IT Sector)
Proven track record in achieving results within ecosystem partners
Experience thinking creatively and planning strategically
Strong experience in areas such as: sales, go to market strategy, product development
Experience working in a fast-paced selling environment
Ability to interact with senior managers and buyers across a wide range of client types
Enjoyment working across an organization to gather different views and create a common vision
A passion for connecting with, empowering, and inspiring others
Digital savvy on social media to become a Brand Ambassador
