TheBankembarkedonanAgileTransformationprogramlastyear.Theaimoftheprogramistocreateandmaintainmomentum in the transition to new ways of working, with the aim of
delivering world class banking services.Theprogram is gaining momentum: The
Technology Division has been re-structured to support Agile delivery, and theTransformationTeamiscurrentlyworkingwithagrowingnumberofAgileteams.TheEnterpriseAgileCoachwillbeassignedtoanareaofthebank,adomain,e.g.PersonalBankingGroup,CoreSystems,etc.tocoachandtraincross-functional,self-organizingteamsinAgileprinciples,practices,processes,andbehaviors.Inadditiontoworkingwiththe Agile teams, the Enterprise Agile Coach is also expected to
contribute to the overall transformation program byformulatingrecommendationsforbetter
waysofworkingcollaborativelywithother
Agile coaches.

Supportyourassigneddomainandtheirstakeholdersinthetransformation;mentortheseniorteam,identifytheirkey blockers,andmaintaina roadmapofteamsto
entertheprogram.

Conductteamobservationstoidentifythemostappropriateapproachfortraining/coaching
·
Providecoachingtotheteams,bothatateamandindividuallevel,sotheyadoptanAgileway ofworking
·
Deliver AgiletrainingtotheAgileteamsandotherstakeholders
·
Createorcontributeto,andevolveAgiletrainingmaterialsthataretailoredtotheBank,includingAgileteamtraining, rolespecific training, and Agileleadership
·
Liaisewithothercoachestoensurewe capturedependenciesandlearnings,particularlyintheearlystages
·
Contributetothedevelopmentoftheprogramincludingbutnotlimitedtodefiningthebestwayto:
o
engageseniorstakeholders fromtechnologyandbusinessintheprocess
o
scaleupbeyondthepilots
o
continuallyoptimisetheapproach
o
supporttheTransformationTeamindefiningtheTargetOperatingModel
o support the
re-design of processes in the Bank designed for waterfall projects, e.g. the
funding /planningcycle

Workedin Agileforaminimumof10years,inamixofdeliveryandcoachingroles,someofwhich
wasspentin a large, complex organization

BeenpartoftwoormoreAgiletransformationprograms
· · Candemonstratetheirabilitytoinfluenceseniorstakeholdersandcontributetoachangeofmindsetinanorganisation

In-depthknowledgeofdifferentAgileframeworks,inparticularScrumandKanban,plusoneormorescalingframeworkslikeSAFe,LeSS,
Nexus,DAD,ortheSpotifycase-study.
· · Certified as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master. Basic certification
(CSM, PSM1, SA, TKP or equivalent) isnecessary,andadvancedcertificationsareaplus(SPC,SPCT,CAL,CSP, CAC, PSM2orequivalent).

Ableto workin ahands-onrole,whilstalsocontributingataprogramlevel.
