
Job Title: Senior Oracle EPM – FCCS Consultant
Location: Dubai, Onsite
Duration: 12 months extendable
Notice period: Maximum 30 days
Implementations: 2-3 end to end implementations
Role Summary:
The Senior FCCS Consultant will lead the design and delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud – Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) solutions across multiple entities. The role involves driving consolidation architecture, ensuring alignment with group reporting structures, and integrating FCCS with other EPM modules (EPBCS, TRCS). The consultant will act as a functional and technical SME, guiding both client stakeholders and project teams through best practices for financial close and reporting automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle FCCS implementations – design, configuration, SIT/UAT, and production deployment.
• Design and implement multi-entity consolidation structures, intercompany eliminations, and FX translation logic.
• Define group reporting hierarchies and automate close processes using Task Manager and Data Management.
• Oversee integration between FCCS, ERP (Fusion), and other EPM modules for end-to-end reporting.
• Manage governance of metadata, mappings, and reporting structures across entities.
• Review deliverables, and ensure design consistency with global standards.
• Conduct workshops with Finance Leadership to translate statutory and management reporting needs into system design.
• Drive post-go-live optimization and automation initiatives (EPM Automate, REST APIs, batch scheduling).
Qualifications & Skills:
• 6-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion suite (FCCS mandatory; EPBCS/ARCS/NR preferred).
• Strong functional understanding of consolidation, multi-currency translation, ownership management, and close processes.
• Hands-on experience with Data Management, metadata management, and reporting tools (HFR, Smart View).
• Exposure to automation tools (EPM Automate, REST API integrations) and data governance best practices.
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA / MBA Finance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and leadership skills in multi-entity environments.
