“The role will be
focused primarily on providing end-to-end services to postdocs and research
assistants:

Processing appointment of researchers
·
Onboarding/relocation, orientation and new joiner set up
·
Coordinating with internal departments on their housing, if
provided
·
Provision of payroll inputs and review of payroll
·
Administering probation and other performance review cycles
·
Facilitating promotion requests
·
Facilitating the Contract renewals
·
Managing the offboarding process
·
Handling business travel process
·
Monitoring grievances and escalating matters
·
Day-to-day operational requests from researchers
·
Maintaining researchers’ documentation
·
Support in the development and review of research related
policies, procedures and processes
In addition to
these operational matters, the candidate should exhibit proactivity in problem
solving, ability of streamlining activities, multitasking, and handling
pressure. The candidate should expect that working hours cannot define the role
as it depends on being aware of the time-sensitivities. An added value is that
the candidate can propose programs that will enhance the journey and experience
of our researchers.”
