CLM Technical Lead
Location: Abu Dhabi

You
will lead a small CLM technology development team who are focused on the
design, delivery, operation, and support of FAB CLM platform
·
You
will be responsible for CLM architecture, technology team, and providing
technical input, oversight, and governance for the CLM service line.
·
Conduct daily stand ups for code review;
design reviews and application scalability
·
Provide
the required technical and application support couching and advise to L2 team
·
You
and your team will work with the CLM business product consultants and project
delivery teams, to help engineer an end-to-end CLM/KYC service delivery
platform
·
Have
understanding of system integration troubleshooting and configurations of
certificates.
·
Carry
out assignments, alone or as part of a team, applying knowledge, skills, and
experience.
·
Demonstrate
an understanding of the issues and problems raised and proposes viable
solutions within the acceptable scope.
·
Maintain
detailed knowledge of current practice within own area of expertise.
·
Work
with business users, IT business and technical support teams and vendors,
monitor and report on the progress of required tasks and maintain an emphasis
on the early identification and, rectification of problems.
·
Maintain
documentation of existing systems and processes and be able to couch the team
about best development practices
·
Guide
and assist in other on-going projects in other functional units, from time to
time,
·
Interface
with internal and external entities (such as other project teams, user
departments, external businesses, suppliers, vendors, etc.) with respect to
projects, costs information, software, hardware and other areas as required.
Qualifications:
·
5+
years of recent system architecture design and development experience with 8+
years’ experience background in systems design and development, ideally also in
Financial Services.
·
Have
experience in delivering software platform in demanding Tier-1 bank and/or
FinTech organizations, including up/downstream integration
·
3+
years’ experience in leadership role in support engineering & technology
·
Proven
experience in Jira/Confluence and agile framework tools
·
SQL,
C# are privilege to have
·
Experience
in cloud infrastructure (particularly AWS; GCP and Azure useful)
·
Experience
working in an investment banking Global Markets department and/or Commercial
Banking
·
Have
past experience in working in CLM, especially KYC & AML and/or financial
crime, hand-on with products such as Fenergo
·
ITIL
V3 Certified
