Core HR & Self Services
– Minimum 7 years experience in Fusion HCM Modules
– At least three full cycle implementation for the mentioned modules
– Implement HR structure (Location, Organization, Job, Position, Grade and BU)
– Implement enterprise structure.
– Configure DOR with validation and approval.
– Configure AOR and use in approval
– Configure the needed Roles and Security profile.
– Very good experience in Core HR configuration
– Very good experience in approval configuration
– Good experience in HDL functionality
– Sandbox, HCM experience design studio knowledge
Deliver the following documentation
– Solution Foundation Design Document (With the needed modification in business processes)
–  Integration design document from function side with process flow and the required field mapping
– Configuration Workbook
– User Manual
– Validation Script
