Head of Ecommerce
The Head of eCommerce will develop, launch and manage the eCommerce marketplace across all digital channels. Head of eCommerce will orchestrate all aspects of the eCommerce strategy for the brand. This role combines sales, marketing, technology, and management expertise to develop a plan that delivers a superior brand and shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities:
Exceptional leadership and team-building experience
Building the eCommerce strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Operations functions
Developing and managing the eCommerce budget
Digital marketing/SEO/PPC campaigns for digital platforms
Creating high-standard platforms that will deliver excellent user experience
Ensuring smooth operations from a platform reliability standpoint
Seamless integration with logistics to ensure efficiency in delivery
Web analytics to optimise sales/revenue in the long-run
Using CRM to gather relevant customer data which can be used to improve quality of marketing campaigns and boost sales
Competitor analysis and benchmarking
Development of customer acquisition, conversion and retention strategies
Requirements:
Have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Have prior experience in a similar role. Experience within digital marketing and SEM/SEO is a plus.
Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
Have a high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Be a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
