Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled O365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our digital transformation team. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the CRM solution meets business needs and delivers measurable value. Responsibilities:
1- Dynamics 365 Implementation & Configuration:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
• Configure custom entities, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and Power Automate flows.
• Customize forms, views, and security roles to meet business needs
2- Business Process Optimization:
• Map existing processes (e.g., case management) and redesign them in D365.
• Identify automation opportunities (e.g., approval workflows, AI-driven insights).
• Conduct user training and create documentation for smooth adoption.
3- Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:
• Act as a liaison between business teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and technical teams.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and define functional specifications.
• Work with developers for customizations and integrations (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, third-party apps).
4- Data Migration & Integration:
• Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to D365. • Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot integration issues (e.g., D365 + SharePoint, Power BI, ERP). CONFIDENTIAL
5- Reporting & Analytics:
• Design Power BI dashboards and embedded D365 analytics.
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales performance, customer satisfaction) and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Experience: Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules
• Experience integrating D365 with O365 services and Power Platform.
• Understanding of CRM data models, security models, and workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
