Job Title: Intelligent Automation Consultant Duration: 6 months (Extendable) Location: Offshore (remote) Job Brief: The Intelligent Automation Consultant will provide guidance and collaborate with a team of developers and testers to deploy automation solutions utilizing the capabilities of UiPath, including Apps, IDP, AI Models, and Standard automation. The consultant will analyze business processes, propose enhancements, and create automation solutions, while also assisting other team members in meeting project deadlines and adhering to engineering protocols. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a strong aptitude for analysis. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in executing all phases of the automation lifecycle, encompassing Design, Implementation, Deployment, Management, and Support. The candidate must possess practical experience in utilizing the UiPath Suite within the industry. Essential Functions of the Job: • Conduct a thorough analysis of business processes, propose enhancements, and create AUTOMATION solutions. • Lead and collaborate with a team of developers and testers to independently implement automation solutions. • Break down processes into manageable steps, estimate the time required for each step, and contribute to the preparation of project analysis and solution design documents. • Assist other team members in completing projects on time while following engineering processes such as code reviews, source control, unit testing, use case analysis, and defect management. • Provide technical support and guidance to business stakeholders, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues within the defined and agreed-upon SLAs. • Assist the Tech Lead in developing and refining a customized framework that facilitates the efficient and consistent delivery of automated processes within the organization. • Gather comprehensive requirements from business stakeholders, document existing business processes, and prepare essential documents such as Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), automation architecture, and technical/solution design documents. • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and the automation team to ensure seamless technical integration and development that aligns with the requirements. • Identify, evaluate, and validate potential processes suitable for automation implementation using established methodologies or value assessment frameworks. • Conduct complexity assessments for all processes and create detailed project plans for selected processes. • Work in collaboration with IT, Control Functions (e.g., Op Risk, Compliance etc.), and business teams to gather necessary inputs throughout all project phases. • Facilitate consensus among all stakeholders regarding the recommended scope of automation and resolve any challenges, dependencies, or gaps that arise. • Conduct requirement walkthroughs for all stakeholders, including the support team, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to obtain approval from the business team. • Utilize UiPath and UiPath Document understanding to develop automation and OCR solutions, while adhering to technology-related standards, policies, and procedures. • Create and maintain reusable components for all processes and deliver automation projects within the defined tools and technologies. • Guide and mentor colleagues through the automation training and accreditation program, offering advice and guidance on best practices and development techniques. • Ensure consistency and continuity across the company's delivery teams by providing architectural control over solution designs. • Identify new process opportunities, accurately analyze and estimate new processes, and assess feasibility in a timely manner. • Support existing processes and implement change requirements following a structured change control process. • Serve as the primary point of contact for configuration issues within the team and assist the Project Manager in managing project timelines, quality, budgets, and stakeholder management. • Monitor post-implementation changes to ensure the planned business benefits are achieved. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: • Comprehensive knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) principles and technologies. • Expertise in utilizing automation tools like UiPath, encompassing UiPath Document understanding, UiPath Apps, and proficiency in AI center. • Awareness of OCR solutions (IDP) and their seamless integration with automation tools. • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, HTML, CSS, VB, .NET, and SQL. • Exceptional abilities in planning, analysis, and project management. • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Education: • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. • Proficient in both written and verbal English language skills. • Exceptional communication abilities. • At least 4 years of experience in the IT field, with a minimum of 2 years in the automation industry. • Certified in UiPath – UIARD.
