
Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager
Role Overview
The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves managing project scope, resources, and timelines while ensuring clear communication and alignment with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Estimate and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
Prepare project budgets and monitor costs to ensure alignment with financial targets.
Develop, manage, and track detailed project schedules and work plans.
Provide regular project updates, highlighting progress, risks, and adjustments to key stakeholders.
Manage vendor and supplier contracts, ensuring clear deliverables and accountability.
Apply industry best practices, methodologies, and standards across all project phases.
Monitor project performance, proactively identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating outcomes and identifying process enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
5–8 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within IT infrastructure domains.
PMP certification (or equivalent) preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle — from concept to deployment.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, networking equipment, storage systems, virtualization, and security devices.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful and results-driven, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
