Job Title: Program Manager

Duration: 12 Months (Extendable | Long-term on Marc Ellis Payroll)
Job Summary:
The IT Program Manager is responsible for defining objectives, planning, executing, and monitoring all
assigned IT projects/programs within the group. The Program Manager will manage end-to-end delivery of
large/strategic projects/programs within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Education:
• Degree in Information Technology
• PMP or Prince2 Certification
Experience:
• 10 years’ overall experience with a minimum of 8+ years as an IT Project or Program Manager
• Experience delivering both Agile and Waterfall projects
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Finance/Banking industry
Technical & Professional Skills:
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end IT Project Management
• In-depth knowledge of various IT resources required for organizational functioning and project delivery

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Identify project phases, activities, and required efforts.
• Conduct resource planning to ensure project success.
• Develop detailed project plans and set measurable baselines.
Project Execution
• Secure required resources and coordinate internal teams and external consultants.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation to closure.
• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Monitor deliverable quality and maintain cross-team coordination within Group IT.
Project Monitoring & Control
• Define and track KPIs and quality metrics.
• Manage defects, fixes, and project dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.
Communication & Reporting
• Establish project communication frameworks (methods, cadence, stakeholders).
• Lead daily stand-ups and steering committee meetings.
• Keep stakeholders informed through clear reports, documentation, and presentations.
Risk & Change Management
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Manage changes in scope and create contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with Legal, Risk, Audit, and Central Bank regulations (especially for digital channels).
Team Management
• Resolve team conflicts and foster collaboration.
• Organize workshops, manage logistics and attendee coordination.
• Ensure team access to required resources and information.
• Track work hours, manage timesheets, and ensure timely contract renewals.
