You have total and overall responsibility of
your accounts. You are required to manage andorchestrate all resources to attain to the required results at the
account. The responsibilityinclude
but not limited to acting as a key interface between the customer and all
parties beinternally or externally
for site visits, solutions’ presentations, proof of concepts (POC),submission of proposals and bids, contract
negotiations, project implementation, attend tocustomercomplaints,make surethatallstakeholders
andorexternal resourcesare
respondingtocustomer’sneedsandinquiriesontime.

You are the final checkpoint before submission
of proposals to customers. Your responsibilityincludes verificationofprices, T&Csandtechnicalinformationandarchitecture.

You must play an integral role in new business
pitches and hold responsibility for the effectiveon-boardingofnewclients.
·
Youare
requiredtodoa detailedaccount planningatthe beginningofeveryfiscalyear understand and
document strategic initiatives of the customer’s requirements, budgetsavailable, key decision makers, understand
key factors involved in final decision making, assistin RFP preparation, keep close follow up until contract is won
by the company. Update theaccountplanperiodicallyonCRMandupdate
yourmanagementaccordingly.

Your focus should be on growing and developing
existing clients, together with generatingnewbusiness.

Responsibleforcontinuedgrowthofclient’srelationship, ensure customersatisfactionatall
Times.

Responsible for promoting and cementing company
professional reputation with all parties atalltimes.
·
You are the client’s representative at company
office and company’s representative at the client site.
·
You are required to maintain healthy and
rewarding relationship with clients
·
You are responsible to respond to clients’
requirements, inquiries, and complaints in the shortest period possible.
·
You may be required to manage industry sector
accounts on a national basis.
·
You will establish strong professional
relationships and credibility with key executives at
·
customers ‘accounts.
·
You review customers’ feedback on regular basis
for any corrective actions needed.
·
Works closely with your manager, the solution
architects and pre-sales team to generatesolutions
andmanaged servicesopportunitiesin thekeyaccount

Managedallsalesandafter-salesactivities.
·
Coordinates the activities of the team with whom
the Customer has direct contact in order toprovide a consistent and cohesive service. Monitors competitive activity
within accounts anddisseminates
informationtorelevant parties.

ContinuousSelf-developmentofsoftandhardskills.Attendthetrainings providedbythe
company.Attainpartners’highestcertificationwhenandwhereapplicable.(aKPImeasure)

Regularupdateof CRMwith

Office is allocated to the member with the basic
