JD Overview
Responsibilities:
-Support Team Leader (AVP) in managing local KYC on-boarding team
-Accountable for end-to-end KYC process and advisory on risk matters
-Manage approval process for client onboarding and periodic reviews
-Develop relationships with stakeholders, including business heads and senior managers
-Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
-Analyze high-risk factors and escalate relevant cases to Financial Crime Compliance teams
-Maintain efficiency and prioritize tasks in partnership with local business
-Review questionnaires such as Wolfsberg, AML & Sanctions appropriately
-Develop and manage relationships with Investment Banking stakeholders
-Facilitate efficient client onboarding & offboarding through strong support and communication
-Prepare and present MI related to Investment Banking segment for On-boarding & KYC
-Track exceptions and ensure resolution, monitor monthly KYC KRI/KPI reports
Requirements:
-Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in management, banking, finance
-Preferably certified in compliance, KYC/AML/CFT, financial crime, or risk management
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable international bank
-Minimum 5 years of experience within On-boarding, KYC, or Compliance function
-Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations, industry guidelines, client structures, and hierarchies
-Experienced in operating in a global regulatory environment
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
