Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Engineer with a primary focus on Aruba Wireless and Aruba
ClearPass (NAC) technologies within a large-scale enterprise environment.

The role involves engineering, administration, optimization, and modernization of enterprise network
infrastructure while operating within a structured, process-driven environment governed by strict change
management protocols.

Education:

• Degree, Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform engineering and network administration activities across enterprise network environments.
• Manage and optimize Aruba Wireless infrastructure, including centrally orchestrated deployments (Aruba WLC / Mobility Master).
• Administer and maintain large-scale Aruba ClearPass (NAC) deployments.
• Execute hardware refresh activities for Aruba AP-220 Wireless Access Points.
• Lead and support migration of wireless access points from tunnel mode to bridge mode.
• Identify and reduce technical debt within network infrastructure environments.
• Ensure solutions are properly scaled, monitored, and performance-optimized.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholder teams while adhering to strict ITSM and change management frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all engineering activities.
• Occasional visits to client locations across the UAE may be required.
• Occasional execution of network activities outside standard working hours may be required.
• Readiness to participate in L3 on-call rotation as part of team coverage (as required).

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing geographically distributed Aruba Wireless deployments (~1000+ Access Points and RAPs) using Aruba WLC / Mobility Master.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Aruba ClearPass (NAC) environments.
• Strong understanding of scaling, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise Aruba environments.
• Experience in Cisco campus-grade switches and routers.
• Working knowledge of DMVPN, OSPF, BGP, and IPSec.
• Experience in technologies covered under CCNA / CCNP Routing & Switching track – Nice to Have
• Experience integrating Aruba ClearPass with cybersecurity devices (e.g., firewalls) – Nice to Have
• Experience in network automation and scripting for network-related tasks – Nice to Have
